Farmhouse Living

Greetings from Chester County Pennsylvania! Isn’t it wonderful to live in an old farmhouse? Decorating is so much fun! Flower arrangements look beautiful displayed in antique urns and shabby wrought iron chairs are lovely accents to any home. On rainy days it’s nice to sit out on the covered porch and read a good book. There is a garden next to the porch filled with roses, hydrangeas, Russian sage, and many other sweet smelling flowers and herbs that make lounging on the porch heavenly. As you can see, Tink is just loving her cat nap! I hope that you all will find some tranquility in your day. Take some time to sit out on your porch, or favorite spot outdoors, and relax. Allow yourself to absorb the sights and sounds of nature and just appreciate your surroundings. Have a blessed day!

    1. Thank you very much! I grew up in my parents old farmhouse, and when I got married, I knew that I had to have my own. The only downside is that they are a lot of work to maintain. However, the payoff is worth it. 🙂
